Job Summary
Conduct daily customer consultations on haircare products, recommending ideal solutions based on individual preferences and concerns. Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty while assisting with retail operations such as stock takes. Engage in new product launches and related events as required. This role represents a hair care brand within LUXASIA's portfolio of over 100 luxury brands across Asia Pacific, delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service in a welcoming retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant retail experience in beauty, skincare, or haircare products
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation
- Willingness to commit to retail operational hours
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
- Effective communication skills in English
