Job Summary
Provide high-acuity nursing care to patients in their homes across Lubbock and surrounding areas, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain electronic documentation via patient tablets and adhere to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds. Complete 120 worked hours to qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with eligible new hires receiving health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- Current TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
