Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled, in-home private duty nursing care per individualized care plans across Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and South Austin. Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating high-quality patient care, observing and reporting changes in condition, documenting nursing actions and assessments, developing and updating care plans, ensuring infection control per OSHA standards, and educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel to patients’ homes; flexible scheduling available with days, nights, weekends, full-time or part-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of practice (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
