Job Summary
RN homecare position delivering and documenting skilled nursing care per patient care plans. Responsibilities include observing patient condition, coordinating with physicians/supervisor, updating care plans, ensuring infection control, educating patients and families, and maintaining professional nursing competencies. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, and weekends with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN in South Austin, Kyle, and surrounding areas; must have an active RN license, CPR certification, and be able to travel to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test within last 12 months
