Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN - Nights (Full Time/Part TimeAvailable)

RN will provide and document skilled in-home nursing care per care plan and physician orders for each patient, develop and update care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with supervisors and physicians. Responsibilities include timely documentation of nursing actions, patient and family education on disease process and self-care, infection control per OSHA standards, and maintaining professional accountability. Position supports flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with shifts including days, nights, and weekends; travel to patients’ homes is required. Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and state-specific requirements; additional pediatrics, oncology, and home-health experience preferred.
