Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home health, Nights with full-time/part-time options. Provides and documents skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders in patients' homes, including infection control, patient education, and coordination of care. Requires active RN license, CPR, TB test, and nursing education (diploma/ADN/BSN). Prior pediatrics/oncology/ambulatory or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; travel to patient residences required. Schedule includes days, nights, weekends; flexible availability and local support provided. Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and professional accountability are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Nursing program
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- Ability to travel to patient homes
