Job Summary
RN, Nights (Aveanna Private Duty) providing and documenting skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders in home settings. Responsibilities include monitoring patient condition, adjusting care plans as directed, documenting actions and outcomes, ensuring infection control, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with nurse practice acts and regulatory standards. Positions available as Full Time or Part Time in North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends) and 24/7 local support; travel to patient homes required. Eligible candidates must have an active RN license, CPR certification, and be able to meet state-specific requirements and continuing education needs; strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months nursing experience preferred but not required
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Ability to travel
- Good communication and organizational skills
