Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Aveanna Private Duty Home Health in North Austin, Round Rock and Pflugerville. Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders, documenting actions and assessments, developing and updating care plans, recognizing changes in patient needs, infection control per OSHA standards, and educating patients and families. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, TB test, and state-specific requirements; flexible scheduling (day/night/weekend), opportunities for skill advancement, and travel to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Graduate of Diploma/Associate/Baccalaureate Nursing program
