Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing and documenting skilled home nursing care per care plans and physician orders in patients’ homes; duties include assessing patient condition, updating care plans, documenting nursing actions, infection-control compliance, and patient/family education; requires active RN license, CPR, and ability to travel to patient homes with flexible full-/part-time options and PRN shifts in North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Nursing program
- Ability to travel and provide home nursing care per plan of care
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- State-specific requirements may apply (e.g., pediatrics in SC, California experience, Louisiana experience)
