Job Summary
Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Private Duty Nurse (RN) delivering in-home skilled nursing care to patients in Brownsville and surrounding areas. Provide clinical support across days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in patients' homes. Ensure licensure requirements are met (active RN license, 90-day transfer for compact licenses), maintain CPR certification, complete TB testing, and bring reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses. 6 months hands on experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
