Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults across Arlington, FTW, Mansfield, and surrounding areas, utilizing a tablet for electronic documentation. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
