Job Summary
LPN/LVN private duty nurse for weekend shifts providing in-home care to patients in Carrizo Springs and La Pryor, TX. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and a TB skin test, with at least 6 months hands-on experience and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Supports electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes; opportunities for skill advancement and weekly/daily pay. Must transfer compact licenses to state of residence within 90 days; travel to patient homes as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact license transfers within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses (experience 6 months required)
- Reliable transportation
