In-home LPN/LVN nursing care for patients on weekend night shifts. Administer medications, wound care, and document via tablet. Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN); ensure compact-license transfer within 90 days; CPR certification and TB test current. Not currently accepting new graduates; requires 6 months of hands-on experience and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses
- 6 months hands on experience required
- Reliable transportation
