Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity private duty nursing care for toddlers in home settings across Pharr, Alamo, Edinburg, Mission, McAllen, and surrounding areas. Provide compassionate clinical support to patients and families while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets for care tracking. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test. Work Friday through Sunday nights from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. as part of a team fostering a culture of diversity and connection.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
