Job Summary
Provide high-acuity nursing care for toddlers in home settings across Pharr, Alamo, Edinburg, Mission, McAllen, and surrounding areas. Deliver compassionate homecare with electronic documentation via tablet and maintain patient safety through active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test. Work Friday through Sunday nights from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. as a weekend night shift provider. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
