Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity private duty nursing care to toddlers in home settings across Pharr, Alamo, Edinburg, Mission, and McAllen. Provide compassionate clinical support and electronic documentation via tablet while ensuring patient safety and outstanding outcomes. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test. Work Friday through Sunday nights from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
