Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings for patients in Olmito and surrounding areas. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a valid TB skin test. Complete hands-on care tasks with reliable transportation to ensure timely visits. Work flexible weekend days, nights, or full-time shifts with 24/7 local clinical support. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
