Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care to patients in San Benito and surrounding areas during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete electronic documentation via patient tablets and comply with all health-related requirements, including TB skin testing and vaccinations. Reliable transportation is required for home visits. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
