Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings across Alice and surrounding areas. Provide clinical support to patients while utilizing Aveanna's tablet-based electronic documentation system for accurate records. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for daily patient visits. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN weekend days.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
