Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults as a Licensed Practical Nurse in private duty settings. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation to the site. Weekend days shifts are available with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
