Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the practice state and hold current CPR certification with hands-on skills. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. While six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred, availability for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
