Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in private-duty home health, nights, with either full-time or part-time options. Responsible for delivering and documenting skilled nursing care under a Registered Nurse's supervision, following the patient-specific care plan and physician orders. Duties include observing and assessing patient needs, documenting nursing actions and responses, updating the care plan as needed, maintaining infection control, educating patients and families, and ensuring professional accountability. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current CPR, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation. Experience preferences include six months of recent nursing experience and home-health exposure; travel to patient homes is required.
