Job Summary
Private duty nursing role for LPN/LVN in patients' homes; provide patient-focused care, document using tablet/electronic health records, and support care coordination. Flexible scheduling available including nights and weekends; opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Must maintain active LPN/LVN license in the practice state, CPR certification, and TB testing; transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Compact licenses must be transferred to home state within 90 days
