Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in Weatherford, Western Lake, and surrounding areas while maintaining outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing services for patients in their homes, utilizing electronic documentation tablets for accurate record-keeping. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component, ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements and TB testing. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
