Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings across Port Arthur, Groves, and surrounding areas. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while maintaining electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work nights and weekends in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with 24/7 local clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
