Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Aveanna Healthcare's private duty/homecare with night shifts; flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN. Responsibilities center on delivering in-home nursing care to patients in the San Antonio area (Schertz and surrounding areas) with an emphasis on clinical outcomes and compassionate care. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB skin test; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
