Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings across San Antonio and surrounding areas. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes using electronic documentation tools available in each patient's home. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Work flexible night shifts, full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
