Private Duty LPN/LVN providing in-home skilled nursing care under RN supervision across Barton County, KS and surrounding areas. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends; responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient care per physician orders, updating care plans, documenting nursing actions, assessing conditions, educating patients/families, adhering to infection control and professional standards, and maintaining licenses and state-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
