Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with an active license provides in-home nursing care to patients in Crystal City, TX. Flexible scheduling available including days, nights, and weekends; full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Training and mentorship offered; electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes; opportunities for skill advancement; benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, and weekly/daily pay. Requires CPR certification, TB test within the last year, and 6 months of hands-on experience. Must have reliable transportation. Not currently accepting new graduate nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses
- 6 months hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
