Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LVN - Days (Part Time/Full Time)

Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN provides and documents skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision, follows care plans and physician orders, observes and reports changes in patient condition, maintains timely documentation, updates and implements nursing care plans, ensures infection control per OSHA standards, educates patient and family on disease process and self-care, and demonstrates professional accountability; flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments across Round Rock, Georgetown, and Hutto.
