Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Nurse (LPN/LVN) responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in home settings under supervision of a Registered Nurse, following the patient care plan and physician orders; deliver comprehensive patient care, document activities and assessments, update nursing care plan, maintain infection control per OSHA standards, educate patients and families, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving within home health visits in Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
