Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Aveanna Private Duty Homecare delivering patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes across Nacogdoches, Lufkin, Carthage and surrounding areas. In-home care is documented via a tablet with electronic documentation. Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB skin test (current).
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
