Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings across Lubbock, Shallowater, Littlefield, and surrounding areas. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet in each patient's home while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide 24/7 support to patients and families, utilizing reliable transportation to reach assignments in these locations. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
