Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Provide direct patient care while utilizing the company-provided tablet for electronic documentation of patient progress. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and ensure current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation to support patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local clinical support available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
