Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private duty home healthcare across multiple TX locations (Port Arthur, Nederland, Groves, Bridge City, surrounding areas). Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Provides in-home nursing care to patients; requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and TB test; compact licenses transfer within 90 days; reliable transportation needed. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing
- CPR certification (hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist after hire
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Must have reliable transportation
