Job Summary
Provide in-home practical/nursing care to patients in Sanford, FL, with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts (days, nights, weekends). Responsibilities include delivering compassionate homecare nursing, coordinating care to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, using a tablet for electronic documentation in the patient’s home, and adhering to vaccination/testing requirements as applicable. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, complete TB testing, and have reliable transportation; opportunity for skill advancement and paid training, with options for weekly or daily pay and a range of benefits depending on employment status and location.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
