Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN providing in-home private-duty care across various patients with day, night, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities center on delivering skilled nursing support in patients’ homes, documenting care with an electronic tablet, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license, maintain CPR certification, complete TB testing, and coordinate license transfers for compact licenses within 90 days. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
