Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private duty homecare across multiple shifts (days, nights, weekends). Provides in-home patient care to diverse patients as part of Aveanna’s home healthcare team. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB skin test, and ability to travel to patients’ homes; flexibility with full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the resident state within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
