Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for private duty home healthcare. Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Provides bedside nursing care in patients’ homes, uses a company tablet for electronic documentation, and supports clinical outcomes with team collaboration. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
