Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults across the nation, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for each patient. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete electronic documentation via tablet devices in the patient's home while adhering to all health-related requirements and testing protocols. Reliable transportation is required for all shifts. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles covering days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
