Job Summary
Provide in-home private-duty nursing as an LPN/LVN across Boca Raton and surrounding areas. Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care, monitor patient vitals, administer medications per physician order, perform wound care and other delegated tasks, document care using Aveanna’s tablet-based system, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekends available. Ensure patient safety, adhere to licensing and vaccination requirements, complete required training, and participate in ongoing skill development. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
