Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for Aveanna private-duty home healthcare assignments. Provides in-home patient nursing care with a tablet-based electronic documentation system, supports care planning, and collaborates with clinicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts; weekly and/or daily pay; opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB screening, plus reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
