Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in private duty homecare delivering patient care in patients' homes. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days. CPR certification and TB test required; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Aveanna provides a tablet for electronic documentation in each patient home, along with career-pathing, paid training, and weekly or daily pay. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
