Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing in-home private-duty care for pediatric and adult patients. Role involves delivering high-quality home health services, collaborating with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, and using a tablet for electronic documentation in patients' homes. Flexible scheduling available (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with day, night, and weekend shifts; training and opportunities for skill advancement; weekly/daily pay; and comprehensive benefits. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license and CPR certification; TB testing current; reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
