Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private-duty homecare delivering compassionate in-home nursing to patients. Role supports flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include providing clinical nursing care in patients' homes, maintaining electronic documentation via a tablet, and coordinating with care teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB test within the last year; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Stable transportation and adherence to regulatory requirements (Medicare/Medicaid) are expected. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
