Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in private-duty homecare. Provides patient-specific nursing care in patients' homes across days, evenings, and weekend shifts. Works with clinicians to implement care plans, documents via a company tablet, and supports outstanding clinical outcomes. Requires active licensure, CPR, TB screening, and, if applicable, transfer of compact licenses within 90 days. Training and career path opportunities available; flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN options; depends on employment status/location. Must have reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
