Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings across Daytona and surrounding areas. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while using electronic documentation tablets for patient care. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for overnight shifts. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
