Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty overnight shifts across Daytona and surrounding areas. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes using electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure compliance with all health-related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing subject to exemptions. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
