Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty overnight cases across Daytona and surrounding areas. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work flexible overnight shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with support from local operators and clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
