Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty overnight cases across Daytona and surrounding areas. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes using electronic documentation tools available in each patient's home. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure compliance with health-related requirements including TB skin testing and vaccinations as applicable. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
